END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT - Spot the Diff' 2

This End User License Agreement applies to users of the Spot the Diff' 2 game software (henceforth referred to as "The Software").

You should carefully read this End User License Agreement before installing The Software.

Installation of The Software indicates your acceptance of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement, do not install or use The Software. You agree that your use of The Software acknowledges that you have read this End User License Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT - Spot the Diff' 2

This End User License Agreement applies to users of the Spot the Diff' 2 game software (henceforth referred to as "The Software").

You should carefully read this End User License Agreement before installing The Software.

Installation of The Software indicates your acceptance of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement, do not install or use The Software. You agree that your use of The Software acknowledges that you have read this End User License Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.

By installing The Software you accept that the copyright of The Software is owned by Ron Marie Services.

Ron Marie Services hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use The Software and any related documentation subject to the following terms:

You may:

(a) use The Software on any single computer;

(b) use The Software on a second computer so long as the first and second computers are not used simultaneously; and

(c) copy the software for archival and back-up purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices of The Software. This license does not grant you any right to any enhancement or upgrade.

You may not:

(a) use The Software on LAN-based or networked system;

(b) use The Software on public areas like social clubs, kiosk, trade events, etc. If you wish to do so, a separate licensing is available.

(c) use The Software for the sole purpose of gambling, betting or any other initiative that allows you to generate profits from it. If you wish to do so, a separate licensing is available.

By installing The Software you undertake not to rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on The Software.

In addition you agree that you shall only use The Software in a manner that complies with all applicable laws in all jurisdictions in which you use The Software. In the event of any such unauthorized use you agree to hold Ron Marie Services harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

By installing The Software you agree that you will only use The Software for your private non-commercial use. You further agree not to use The Software to provide, or as part of, any commercial service or application. You also undertake not to copy or distribute The Software or make it available to third parties under any circumstances.

The software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "as is" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. By installing The Software you assume the entire risk of using The Software. In no event shall Ron Marie Services or its Licensor, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of the software. In no event does Ron Marie Services authorize you to use The Software in applications or systems where its failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Ron Marie Services harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use. Ron Marie Services is not obligated to provide any updates or upgrades to the software.

No distributor, dealer or any other entity or person is authorized to expand or alter this warranty or any other provisions of this Agreement. Ron Marie Services does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from malicious code. For purposes of this paragraph, "malicious code" means any program code designed to contaminate other computer programs or computer data, consume computer resources, modify, destroy, record, or transmit data, or in some other fashion usurp the normal operation of the computer, computer system, or computer network, including viruses, Trojan horses, droppers, worms, logic bombs, and the like.

The license granted to you is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software (including any portions or copies thereof) currently in your possession or control. The license will also terminate automatically without any notice from Ron Marie Services if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon any such termination to destroy the Software (including any portions or copies thereof). Upon termination, Ron Marie Services may also enforce any and all rights provided by law. The provisions of this Agreement that protect the proprietary rights of Ron Marie Services will continue in force after termination.

All rights of any kind in The Software which are not expressly granted in this End User License Agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Ron Marie Services.

This End User License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects according to the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Fun and Enjoyable

This game was very fun to play. I love all spot the difference games. I would tell my friends to try this game. I am hoping that you will come out with many more games similar to this one.
